Whether you are searching for mental health treatment for yourself or a loved one, we at The Malone Collective are honored to provide you with support and direction. Challenging life experiences accumulate over the course of a life time, and may be exacerbated by life stressors. By exploring options for navigating the human experience, you have taken the first step to creating a life of thriving and recovering from the challenges of life. We believe in providing mental health treatment that considers the whole person, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our concierge mental health program is highly individualized and emphasizes the importance of one-to-one, collaborative, integrative care in a boutique setting. We do not believe in pre-determined courses or “cookie-cutter” treatment. Your life experience and needs are unique and require unique solutions.

Conditions We Treat

  • At The Malone Collective, we strongly believe in providing high quality, trauma-informed care that addresses the root of imbalance and barriers to thriving. Depending on your needs, you may be given both a Primary Therapist and a Trauma Therapist.

Oftentimes when an individual experiences trauma, they develop coping strategies that work to protect themselves. At the time this is adaptive and the brain is doing its job of developing skills to help the individual survive. Overtime however, the strategies begin to interfere in the individual’s ability to function and thrive in life. Many of us are not taught how to manage and recover from the impact of trauma. Trauma therapy with a skilled trauma therapist can help move you from surviving to thriving.

Traumatic experiences are not restricted to wartime experiences, threatened or actual death, or severe abuse. Common human experiences can leave a lasting mark when stored in the brain during an emotionally heightened state, resulting in trauma responses. This shapes how we view, interact, and respond the world and others. Anxiety disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance-use disorders are common mental health disorders associated with the experience of trauma.

  • At The Malone Collective, we believe in providing effective services to address your anxiety symptoms so that you are able to create and maintain a thriving life. We aim to provide you with adaptive skills, healing space, and assist you in creating your balanced life.

Anxiety symptoms range in intensity, specificity, and presentation. For some, they experience anxiety-related thoughts and excessive worry about everyday activities such as their work, family life, or school that results in tension and disrupted sleep. For others, their anxiety symptoms present as intrusive fear-related thoughts that may result in acting out certain behaviors repeatedly (i.e. repeating phrases, checking of the stove, excessive cleaning or washing). Others do not leave their house or avoid public places due to fear of having panic attacks or not being able to escape.

  • At The Malone Collective, we are dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate grief and loss. We understand that these experiences can be complicated, painful and unique. We are here to provide support and guidance through evidence-based practices and holistic care.

    Understanding Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are natural responses to experiencing a significant change or loss in one's life. These changes can come in the form of death, divorce, illness, job loss, or other major life transitions. Everyone experiences grief and loss differently, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. However, some common symptoms of grief include sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, isolation, and difficulty sleeping or eating.

    Holistic Interventions

In addition to Individual or family therapy, we believe in the power of holistic practices to assist in the healing process. These holistic practices include, but are not limited to:

    Acupuncture

    Yoga and Movement

    Chiropractic care

    Spiritual Counseling

    Physical Training

  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults. It is characterized by symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which can impact various areas of life, including academic, occupational, and social functioning. However, with appropriate treatment, individuals with ADHD can learn to manage their symptoms and lead fulfilling lives.

Therapy can be an effective treatment approach for ADHD, and at The Malone Collective, we offer a range of therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with ADHD. We also believe in the power of executive and life coaching, alongside holistic services.

Here are some ways in which therapy can help:

Developing coping strategies: Therapy can help individuals with ADHD learn practical strategies to manage their symptoms, such as creating a structured routine, improving time management skills, and reducing distractions.

Improving communication: ADHD can impact communication and relationships. Therapy can help individuals develop better communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally.

Addressing co-occurring conditions: ADHD often co-occurs with other mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression. Therapy can help individuals address these conditions and manage their symptoms.

Improving self-esteem: ADHD can impact self-esteem and confidence. Therapy can help individuals develop a better sense of self-worth and identify their strengths.

  • We at The Malone Collective believe life is full of transitions and challenges that leave us feeling stressed and overwhelmed. With the right mindset and tools, you can navigate these changes easily and emerge stronger and more resilient.

Whether you're facing job loss, divorce, illness, or another life transition, our therapists can help. We use a variety of proven techniques, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, to help you manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions that may arise during these challenging times.

Every obstacle is an opportunity for growth and transformation. With our guidance, you can turn life's stressors into stepping stones towards a more fulfilling and joyful life.

  • It takes immense courage to be vulnerable, to feel deeply, and to express our emotions authentically. But in a world that often values toughness over tenderness, emotional sensitivity can leave us feeling exposed and misunderstood.

That's where therapy comes in. Our team of compassionate therapists are here to help you navigate the complex landscape of your emotions, to lean into your sensitivity and use it as a strength. Through deep listening, empathic support, and evidence-based interventions, we can help you cultivate resilience, build meaningful relationships, and find a sense of belonging in a world that often feels disconnected.

Our Services

Our services start with a 90-minute assessment and evaluation with a psychologist. This comprehensive clinical interview allows for the creation of a uniquely tailored, concierge program that fits your specific needs and schedule; which will include your individually selected and preferred services.

  • In order to create a tailored treatment plan that addresses your specific, individual needs, it is essential to explore your unique experiences. Your road map to recovery starts with a meeting with our Clinical Director. This meeting will include inquiry into the unique psychological, emotional, developmental, cultural, educational, familial, spiritual, medical, legal, vocational, and physical elements of your human experience. Your individual strengths, treatment and recovery history, preferences, and needs will serve as a basis and foundation for your individualized program. The Clinical Director will consider the totality of this comprehensive assessment in the assignment of your concierge team.

  • Clients will meet with one of our psychiatrists for a psychiatric evaluation. The evaluating psychiatrist will provide continued psychiatric and medication care to the client throughout their program. We also provide the option of continuing medication management with the psychiatrist through our outpatient and 1:1 services. Often times clients have been meeting with a psychiatric provider prior to beginning treatment with us. We provide these clients with the option to meet with our provider and ask for their willingness to provide a release of information to communicate with their outside provider if the client is not interested in meeting with our psychiatrists. This ensures collaboration and continuity of care.

  • Our team consists of highly skilled, licensed clinicians who have received training in specific treatment modalities. We ensure each client is matched with the appropriate therapist based on their specific needs, strengths, and desired course of treatment. Individual therapy may include therapy with a Primary Therapist and/or and Trauma Therapist.

Therapeutic approaches our Primary Therapists use include:

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    Psychodynamic Therapy

    Person-Centered Therapy

    Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Therapeutic approaches our Trauma Therapists use include:

    Somatic Experiencing (SE)

    Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
